This item has been fully tested and in working condition. Recently used in local workshop so please expect some minor scratches, residue from use and other cosmetic imperfections. Use for any other reason outside of its intended purpose will nullify the refund offer. We did our diligence cleaning this item, but this item can still use a good wipe down upon receipt.
